    The data controller is VibeDynamics s.r.o., ID: 22023721, with its registered office at Antala Staška 1859/34, Krč, 140 00 Prague 4, registered in the Commercial Register under file no. C 409825 at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

  2. What personal data does the Company process about you?

2.1. The Company processes the personal data of website visitors who complete a contact form, in the scope of the data that you provide, specifically including the following:

2.1.1. Address and identification data: first name, last name, telephone number, email address.

2.1.2. Descriptive data: the information you provide when filling out the questionnaire on our website.

  1. Why does the Company process these personal data and what is it entitled to do so?

3.1. The Company processes the aforementioned personal data solely for the purpose of handling your request, to the necessary extent and for the purposes stated herein:

3.1.1. To conclude and perform a contract or other agreement, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (this mainly involves identification data, contact data, and possibly descriptive data). Providing personal data processed for this purpose is a contractual requirement. You are not legally obliged to provide these personal data, but without doing so, we cannot process your request.

4.1. Cookies are small text files that are created by websites and saved to the device used by the data subject. The device is then identified when the data subject returns to the website. Typically, user preferences (for example, the language chosen on the website) or certain status information (e.g., preference selections, etc.) are stored in cookies.

4.2. The Company uses only the following cookies: Functional – for the operation of the website (technical cookies). Such technical cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. Who is the data controller?

1.1 The data controller is VibeDynamics s.r.o., ID: 22023721, with its registered office at Antala Staška 1859/34, Krč, 140 00 Prague 4, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Prague, file no. C 409825 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

What personal data does the Company process about you?

1.2 The Company processes the personal data of suppliers, especially to the following extent:

1.2.1 Address and identification data: first name, last name, place of business (residence), ID number (IČO), VAT identification number (DIČ), telephone number, email address.

1.2.2 Descriptive data: the information you provide to us or that we collect during the term of our contractual relationship, or data obtained from public registers (bank account number, information from the trade, business, or insolvency register).

1.2.3 Data about a third party: identification and contact details of persons authorized to act on behalf of the supplier or the supplier’s employees – including, where applicable, first name, last name, position, telephone, email.

Why does the Company process these personal data and what authorizes it to do so?

1.3 The Company processes the aforementioned personal data solely in connection with your business activities, under which you provide the Company with supplier services, to the necessary extent and for the purposes stated herein:

1.3.1 To conclude and perform a contract or another agreement, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (this primarily involves identification data, contact data, and, where applicable, descriptive data (for example, bank account number). Providing the personal data processed for this purpose is a contractual requirement. You are not legally obliged to provide these personal data, but without doing so, the relevant contract cannot be concluded or performed.

1.3.2 To fulfill legal obligations incumbent upon the Company by virtue of applicable legal regulations, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (for example, the obligation to issue and retain accounting and tax documents). The provision of personal data processed for this purpose is a statutory requirement that you cannot refuse.

1.4 For the processing mentioned in Article 0, your consent is not required. The Company may also process other personal data on the basis of Article 6(1) of the GDPR – i.e. your consent. You are directly informed about the processing carried out on the basis of your consent at the time it is given.

How does the Company process your personal data and to whom may it be provided?

1.5 The Company processes the personal data that it has obtained directly from you or, alternatively, from publicly available registers.

1.6 The processing of your personal data is carried out manually as well as through the use of automated means. Automated processing occurs primarily within the information systems used by the Company or by an external service provider (e.g. the provider of the information system).

1.7 Your personal data is processed by:

1.7.1 The Company’s own employees;

1.7.2 External processors with whom the Company cooperates and with whom it has concluded a proper personal data processing agreement. In view of changes in the processors or a larger number of processors, we are happy to inform you, upon your request, about the specific processors to whom we provide personal data based on a processing agreement or other legal act.

1.8 Your personal data may also be provided to entities or authorities that are entitled to request the disclosure of personal data in accordance with the applicable legal regulations (for example, the police, supervisory authorities, especially the competent tax office, etc.).

How long will the Company retain the personal data?

1.9 The Company will retain your personal data for the duration of or until the obligations arising from these contracts have expired, for the period specified by the applicable legal regulations, or until the relevant periods for asserting or protecting the Company’s rights (statute of limitations) have expired. Specific information on the retention period of your personal data will be provided upon request.

1.10 In the event that the processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, then for the period specified in the particular consent. Please note that you give your consent voluntarily and may revoke it at any time. In the event that you no longer wish the Company to process personal data on the basis of your consent, you may revoke it by notifying us at the contact provided above.

What are your rights?

1.11 You have the right to request that the Company:

1.11.1 Provide you with access to your personal data without undue delay, correct your inaccurate personal data, or complete your incomplete personal data.

1.11.2 Delete your personal data without undue delay once the purpose or legal basis for their processing has ceased to exist (this shall not affect the Company’s statutory obligation to process personal data).

1.11.3 Restrict the processing of your personal data; at the same time, you have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.

1.11.4 Inform you without undue delay about third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed.

1.11.5 Notify you without undue delay of any breach in the security of your personal data, if such a breach poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, unless we have already implemented technical and organizational protective measures or measures that ensure that the high risk is unlikely to materialize.

1.12 If you believe that the Company has violated legal regulations in processing your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or seek judicial protection.
